Hi, and welcome to my site. Most pics are taken around the Bristol / Bath area, as this is where I grew up. I also happen to work on the railway as a signaller, so have alot of pics at Temple Meads. All taken during breaks of course!!!!
There are other locations, including the South devon railway which I visit often. I have recently found myself becomming very interested in foreign railways, especially Swiss. I try to go there yearly now. Usually winter, as I also found I enjoy Tobbogganing!!!

I am a signalman at Bristol, and have worked on the railway for nearly 7 years. I work Bristol Panel (Temple Meads) and St Andrews ( Avonmouth ) boxes. I have also started working as a Pilotman for Single Line Working.
I also live in Bristol.
I own a Canon EOS 400D now, although some pics are taken on my mobile phone !!! Well, I don't always carry a SLR with me!!!

The longest Swiss trip yet, covering most of the country. Starting off in Geneva, then onto Aigle to explore the various branch lines in that area. Then onto Zermatt, followed by a long trip to Lucerne via Italy. From Lucerne we then headed to Arosa for a few days on the RHB. We then headed back to Geneva via Zurich.

Some pics taken on board the Alloa Alloer railtour from Bristol to Scotland. Lasting 30 hours, we headed to Scotland via the East Coast, then via Millerhill and over the Alloa line, before stopping at Glasgow. It was then a fast trip back down the West Coast, for an 0100 arrival in Bristol.

Spent 2 days on the West Somerset Railway for the Diesel Gala, cunningly disguised as a 'Mixed Traffic Weekend' ! An overnight stay in a B&B in Minehead was interesting, if not a bonus! Saw some familiar faces too!
